3 Topladığımız veriler

Yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gereken veriyi topluyoruz. Aşağıdaki tablo, verinin nereden geldiğini ve ne işe yaradığını gösteriyor.

3.1 Hesap bilgileri

Vowlia'ya Apple ile Giriş veya Google ile Giriş kullanarak giriş yaparsınız. Vowlia parola tutmaz, parola oluşturmanızı istemez. Sağlayıcıdan bize ulaşan bilgiler: kullanıcı kimliği (uid), e-posta adresi, varsa ad ve profil fotoğrafı.

Apple ile Giriş'te e-postanızı gizlemeyi seçerseniz Apple bize yönlendirmeli bir adres verir; gerçek adresinizi görmeyiz.

Misafir girişi: Uygulamayı hesap açmadan denemek isterseniz misafir olarak girebilirsiniz. Bu durumda ad veya e-posta gibi bir bilgi alınmaz; yalnızca içeriğinizi cihazınıza bağlayan anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği oluşturulur. Uygulamayı silerseniz veya cihazınızı değiştirirseniz misafir hesabına bağlı içeriğe yeniden ulaşamazsınız — kalıcı erişim için Apple veya Google ile giriş yapmanız gerekir.

3.2 Davetiye içeriği

Davetiyenizi oluştururken girdiğiniz her şey: çift ve aile adları, tarih ve saat, mekân adı, adres ve harita konumu, notlar, serbest metinler ve yüklediğiniz görseller. Bu içerik davetiyeyi oluşturmak ve davetlilerinize göstermek için işlenir.

3.3 Rehberden seçtiğiniz kişiler

SMS veya WhatsApp ile davet göndermek isterseniz uygulama rehber izni ister. İzin verirseniz rehberiniz yalnızca cihazınızda, salt-okunur olarak listelenir; kişilerin profil fotoğrafları hiç okunmaz. Listeden seçtiğiniz kişilerin adı ve telefon numarası, daveti gönderebilmek için sunucularımıza iletilir.

3.4 Konum

Davetiyeye mekân eklerken haritada "konumumu bul" derseniz cihazınızın o anki konumu bir kez okunur ve haritayı oraya getirmek için kullanılır. Davetiyeye kaydedilen şey, sizin haritada seçtiğiniz noktadır. Vowlia konumunuzu arka planda izlemez, hareketinizi takip etmez.

3.5 Fotoğraf ve videolar

Tasarıma eklediğiniz görseller ve — davetiyede galeri açtıysanız — misafirlerinizin yüklediği fotoğraf/videolar. Misafirler galeriye üyelik olmadan yükleme yapar; kendi yüklediklerini silebilmeleri için tarayıcılarında rastgele bir cihaz kimliği saklanır. Bu kimlik kişiyi tanımlamaz, başka bir veriyle eşleştirilmez.

3.6 Katılım yanıtları (RSVP)

Davetlilerinizin "katılıyorum / katılamıyorum" yanıtı ve — açtıysanız — yazdıkları ad.

3.7 Satın alma

Satın alma App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Bize yalnızca mağazanın verdiği satın alma makbuzu / işlem kimliği ulaşır; bunu satın almanın gerçekliğini doğrulamak ve kaydını tutmak için kullanırız. Kart numarası, son kullanma tarihi veya benzeri ödeme bilgileri Vowlia'ya hiç ulaşmaz.

3.8 Bildirimler

Bildirim izni verirseniz cihazınıza ait bir bildirim jetonu saklanır (ör. galeri süresinin dolmak üzere olduğunu hatırlatmak için).

3.9 Destek ve geri bildirim

Bize yazdığınızda mesajınız ve varsa bıraktığınız iletişim bilgileriniz. Sohbet penceresi Vowlia'nın kendi altyapısında çalışır; mesajlar kendi veritabanımızda saklanır. Türkçe dışında bir dilde yazarsanız, ekibimizin mesajı okuyabilmesi ve size kendi dilinizde dönebilmemiz için metin otomatik çeviri servisine iletilebilir.

3.10 Teknik kayıtlar

Hizmeti çalıştıran altyapı, güvenlik ve hata ayıklama amacıyla standart sunucu kayıtları tutar (IP adresi, istek zamanı, tarayıcı/uygulama sürümü gibi). Bu kayıtlar reklam veya profilleme için kullanılmaz.

4 Cihaz izinleri

Her izin, yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullandığınızda istenir ve reddedebilirsiniz — uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.

5 Verileri neden işliyoruz

• Sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası: hesabınızı açmak, davetiyeyi oluşturmak ve yayınlamak, satın aldığınız hizmeti sunmak.
• Açık rızanız: rehber erişimi, konum, bildirimler ve tasarımınızı topluluk vitrininde yayınlama — her biri ayrı ayrı sorulur, dilediğinizde geri alınabilir.
• Hukuki yükümlülük: satış kayıtlarının saklanması gibi mevzuatın gerektirdiği durumlar.
• Meşru menfaat: hizmetin güvenliği, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve hataların giderilmesi.

6 Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Verilerinizi satmıyoruz ve reklam amacıyla kimseyle paylaşmıyoruz. Hizmeti çalıştırabilmek için aşağıdaki altyapı sağlayıcılarını kullanıyoruz; her biri yalnızca kendi işini yapmak için gereken veriye erişir:

Ayrıca hukuken zorunlu hâllerde (mahkeme kararı, resmi talep) mevzuatın gerektirdiği ölçüde paylaşım yapılabilir.

Davetiyenizi kimler görür

Davetiye bağlantısını siz paylaşırsınız. Bağlantıya sahip olan herkes davetiyeyi görebilir; bu yüzden bağlantıyı yalnızca davet etmek istediğiniz kişilere gönderin. Tasarımınızı topluluk vitrininde yayınlamayı seçerseniz — bu tamamen isteğe bağlıdır — tasarımınız ve adınız diğer kullanıcılara görünür.

7 Yurt dışına aktarım

Yukarıdaki sağlayıcıların bir kısmı sunucularını Türkiye dışında işletir. Bu nedenle verileriniz, hizmetin sunulabilmesi için yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir ve saklanabilir. Aktarım, ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü şartlara ve sağlayıcılarla yapılan sözleşmelere uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir.

8 Saklama süreleri

Galeri silinmeden önce size bildirimle hatırlatılır; fotoğraflarınızı ZIP olarak indirebilir veya indirme bağlantısı oluşturabilirsiniz.

9 Güvenlik

Veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir (HTTPS/TLS). Sunucu tarafında erişim yetkilendirme kurallarıyla sınırlandırılır; davetiye ve galeri içeriğine yalnızca ilgili davetiye sahibi ve bağlantıya sahip kişiler erişebilir. Buna rağmen internet üzerinden yapılan hiçbir aktarımın %100 güvenli olduğu taahhüt edilemez.

10 Haklarınız

Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili olarak; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bunlara erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin sınırlandırılmasını isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verilerinizi taşınabilir bir biçimde alma haklarına sahipsiniz. Rızaya dayalı işlemelerde rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.

Talebiniz için info@vowlia.com adresine yazmanız yeterlidir. Türkiye'de ikamet ediyorsanız KVKK kapsamındaki haklarınız ve başvuru usulü için KVKK Aydınlatma Metnini inceleyin.

Hesabınızı silmek

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: sağ üstteki profil fotoğrafınıza dokunun, açılan hesap panelinde «Hesabı Sil» düğmesini seçin. Hesap silindiğinde davetiyeleriniz, galerinizdeki tüm fotoğraf ve videolar, misafir listeleriniz ve yanıtları, stüdyo tasarımlarınız ve satın alma geçmişiniz kalıcı olarak silinir; bu işlem geri alınamaz.

Uygulamayı telefonunuzdan kaldırdıysanız ve tekrar kurmak istemiyorsanız, info@vowlia.com adresine yazmanız yeterli; hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi sizin adınıza sileriz. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

11 Çocuklar

Vowlia çocuklara yönelik bir hizmet değildir ve 16 yaşın altındaki kişilerin kullanımı için tasarlanmamıştır. Bir çocuğa ait veriyi yanlışlıkla işlediğimizi öğrenirsek gecikmeksizin sileriz.

12 Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda uygulama içinde veya e-posta ile bilgilendiririz; sayfanın üstündeki "son güncelleme" tarihi her zaman geçerli sürümü gösterir.

3 Data we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service.

3.1 Account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Vowlia does not store passwords and never asks you to create one. From the provider we receive your user ID, email address, and where available your name and profile picture.

If you choose to hide your email with Sign in with Apple, Apple gives us a relay address — we never see your real one.

Guest sign-in: If you want to try the app without creating an account you can continue as a guest. No name or email is collected; only an anonymous user ID is created to link your content to your device. If you delete the app or change device you will not be able to reach content tied to the guest account — sign in with Apple or Google for permanent access.

3.2 Invitation content

Everything you enter while creating your invitation: couple and family names, date and time, venue name, address and map location, notes, free text and images you upload. We process this to build your invitation and show it to your guests.

3.3 Contacts you select

If you choose to send invitations by SMS or WhatsApp, the app asks for contacts permission. If you allow it, your contacts are listed on your device only, read-only; contact photos are never read. The name and phone number of the people you select are then sent to our servers so the invitation can be delivered.

3.4 Location

When adding a venue, if you tap "find my location" your device's current position is read once to centre the map. What gets saved to the invitation is the point you pick on the map. Vowlia does not track your location in the background.

3.5 Photos and videos

Images you add to your design and — if you enabled the gallery — photos and videos your guests upload. Guests upload without an account; a random device identifier is stored in their browser so they can delete their own uploads. It does not identify a person and is not combined with any other data.

3.6 RSVPs

Your guests' "attending / not attending" responses and, if you enabled it, the name they enter.

3.7 Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play. We only receive the purchase receipt / transaction ID issued by the store, which we use to verify the purchase and keep a record of it. Card numbers, expiry dates and similar payment details never reach Vowlia.

3.8 Notifications

If you allow notifications, a notification token for your device is stored (for example, to remind you before your gallery expires).

3.9 Support and feedback

Your message and any contact details you leave when you write to us. The chat window runs on Vowlia's own infrastructure and messages are stored in our own database. If you write in a language other than Turkish, the text may be sent to an automatic translation service so that our team can read it and reply in your language.

3.10 Technical logs

The infrastructure running the service keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting (IP address, request time, browser/app version). These are not used for advertising or profiling.

4 Device permissions

Each permission is requested only when you use the related feature, and you can decline — the rest of the app keeps working.

5 Why we process data

• To provide the service you asked for: creating your account, building and publishing your invitation, delivering what you purchased.
• Your consent: contacts access, location, notifications, and publishing your design to the community showcase — each asked separately and withdrawable at any time.
• Legal obligations: such as keeping records of sales.
• Legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing abuse and fixing faults.

6 Who we share with

We do not sell your data and never share it for advertising. To run the service we use the infrastructure providers below; each only accesses what it needs:

We may also disclose data where legally required (for example a court order), to the extent the law requires.

Who can see your invitation

You share the invitation link. Anyone with the link can view the invitation, so send it only to the people you want to invite. If you choose to publish your design to the community showcase — entirely optional — your design and your name become visible to other users.

7 International transfers

Some of the providers above operate servers outside Türkiye. Your data may therefore be processed and stored abroad in order to deliver the service. Such transfers are carried out in line with applicable law and our agreements with those providers.

8 How long we keep data

You are reminded by notification before the gallery is deleted; you can download your photos as a ZIP or generate a download link.

9 Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Server-side access is restricted by authorisation rules; invitation and gallery content is accessible only to the invitation owner and people holding the link. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

10 Your rights

You have the right to know whether we process your personal data, to access it, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account inside the app: tap your profile photo in the top right, then choose “Delete Account” in the account panel. Deleting it permanently removes your invitations, every photo and video in your gallery, your guest lists and their replies, your studio designs and your purchase history; this cannot be undone.

If you have already removed the app from your phone and would rather not reinstall it, just write to info@vowlia.com and we will delete your account and all of your data on your behalf. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.

11 Children

Vowlia is not directed at children and is not designed for use by anyone under 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently processed a child's data, we delete it without delay.

12 Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email; the "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
