KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında, kişisel verilerinizin hangi amaçlarla işlendiğini, kimlere aktarıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar.

Rehberinizin tamamı işlenmez. Rehber yalnızca cihazınızda, salt-okunur olarak listelenir; sunucularımıza yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz kişilerin adı ve telefon numarası iletilir. Kişi fotoğrafları hiç okunmaz.
Özel nitelikli kişisel veri toplanması amaçlanmaz. Yüklediğiniz içeriklerde bu nitelikte veri bulunmamasına dikkat etmeniz gerekir.
Ödeme bilgileriniz işlenmez. Kart bilgileri yalnızca App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir; bize ulaşmaz.
3 İşleme amaçları
- Üyelik kaydının oluşturulması ve kimlik doğrulaması
- Dijital davetiyenin hazırlanması, yayınlanması ve davetlilere sunulması
- Seçtiğiniz kişilere SMS/WhatsApp yoluyla davet iletilmesi
- Katılım (RSVP) yanıtlarının toplanması ve size raporlanması
- Fotoğraf galerisinin oluşturulması, saklanması ve süre sonunda silinmesi
- Satın alma işlemlerinin doğrulanması, sipariş ve fatura kayıtlarının tutulması
- Talep ve şikâyetlerin karşılanması, destek sağlanması
- Bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması, kötüye kullanımın ve dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi
- Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
4 Hukuki sebepler
Kişisel verileriniz KVKK m.5/2 ve ilgili hâllerde m.5/1 kapsamında şu hukuki sebeplere dayanılarak işlenir:

Açık rızaya dayanan işlemeler için rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz; geri alma ileriye etkilidir.
5 Toplama yöntemi
Kişisel verileriniz; Vowlia mobil uygulaması (iOS/Android), Vowlia Studio (studio.vowlia.com), vowlia.com ve davetiye/galeri sayfaları üzerinden, elektronik ortamda ve otomatik yollarla toplanır. Hesap bilgileri Apple ve Google kimlik doğrulama servislerinden; satın alma bilgileri App Store ve Google Play'den elde edilir.
6 Aktarım
Kişisel verileriniz satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. KVKK m.8 ve m.9 çerçevesinde, yalnızca hizmetin sunulabilmesi için gerekli ölçüde aşağıdaki kategorilere aktarılır:
- Altyapı ve barındırma sağlayıcıları: Google (Firebase), Cloudflare, Bunny.net — sunucu, veritabanı, dosya saklama ve içerik dağıtımı
- İleti sağlayıcıları: Twilio, NetGSM (SMS/WhatsApp), Mailgun (e-posta)
- Uygulama mağazaları: Apple, Google — kimlik doğrulama ve satın alma doğrulaması
- Çeviri servisi: Google Cloud Translation — destek sohbetindeki mesajların otomatik çevirisi (yalnız Türkçe dışındaki mesajlarda)
- Hava durumu servisi: OpenWeather — yalnız mekânın şehir bilgisi iletilir
- Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları: mevzuatın gerektirdiği hâllerde
7 Yurt dışına aktarım
Yukarıdaki sağlayıcıların bir kısmı sunucularını yurt dışında işletmektedir. Bu nedenle kişisel verileriniz, hizmetin sunulabilmesi amacıyla KVKK m.9 çerçevesinde yurt dışına aktarılabilir. Aktarım, mevzuatın öngördüğü şartlara ve sağlayıcılarla akdedilen sözleşmelere uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir.
8 Saklama süreleri
Kişisel verileriniz, işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı süreleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla saklanır:

Süre sonunda veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.
9 Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)
Veri sorumlusuna başvurarak şu haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:
- Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
- KVKK m.7'deki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- Düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
- Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme
- Kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
10 Başvuru usulü
Taleplerinizi, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca:
- Yazılı olarak Cevizli Mah. Zuhal Cad. A Blok No:46 D:50, Maltepe / İstanbul, Türkiye adresine ıslak imzalı dilekçeyle,
- Sistemimizde kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@vowlia.com adresine
iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuzda ad-soyad, başvuru yazılıysa imza, T.C. kimlik numarası (yabancılar için pasaport numarası), tebligata esas adres, varsa e-posta ve telefon ile talep konusunun bulunması gerekir.
Başvurunuz en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kurul'ca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir. Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.
Bu metnin Türkçe ve İngilizce sürümleri arasında bir çelişki olması hâlinde Türkçe metin esas alınır.

2 Categories of personal data

Your full address book is not processed. Contacts are listed read-only on your device; only the name and phone number of the people you select reach our servers. Contact photos are never read.
Special categories of personal data are not intentionally collected. Please take care that content you upload does not contain such data.
Your payment details are not processed. Card data is handled solely by the App Store or Google Play and never reaches us.
3 Purposes of processing
- Creating your membership record and authenticating you
- Preparing, publishing and presenting the digital invitation to your guests
- Delivering invitations by SMS/WhatsApp to the people you select
- Collecting RSVP responses and reporting them to you
- Creating, storing and — at the end of its term — deleting the photo gallery
- Verifying purchases and keeping order and invoice records
- Handling requests and complaints, and providing support
- Ensuring information security and preventing abuse and fraud
- Fulfilling legal obligations
4 Legal grounds

Where processing relies on consent you may withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future.
5 Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means through the Vowlia mobile app (iOS/Android), Vowlia Studio (studio.vowlia.com), vowlia.com and the invitation/gallery pages. Account details come from Apple and Google authentication services; purchase details from the App Store and Google Play.
6 Transfers
Your personal data is not sold and is never shared with third parties for advertising. Within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK it is transferred only as far as necessary to deliver the service:
- Infrastructure and hosting: Google (Firebase), Cloudflare, Bunny.net — servers, database, file storage and content delivery
- Messaging providers: Twilio, NetGSM (SMS/WhatsApp), Mailgun (email)
- App stores: Apple, Google — authentication and purchase verification
- Translation service: Google Cloud Translation — automatic translation of support chat messages (only for messages not in Turkish)
- Weather service: OpenWeather — only the venue's city is sent
- Competent public authorities: where required by law
7 Transfers abroad
Some of the providers above operate servers outside Türkiye. Your personal data may therefore be transferred abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK in order to deliver the service, in line with the conditions set by law and our agreements with those providers.
8 Retention

At the end of the retention period data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
9 Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7
- Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties it was transferred to
- Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing
10 How to apply
Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request:
- In writing, by signed petition to Cevizli Mah. Zuhal Cad. A Blok No:46 D:50, Maltepe / İstanbul, Türkiye
- From the email address registered in our system to info@vowlia.com
Your application should include your name and surname, a signature if submitted in writing, your Turkish ID number (passport number for foreign nationals), your address for notification, your email and phone if any, and the subject of your request.
Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process incurs a cost, a fee from the tariff set by the Board may apply. If your application is rejected you retain the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
If there is any conflict between the Turkish and English versions of this text, the Turkish version prevails.
