Pleksi QR masa kartı. Vowlia uygulamasında oluşturduğunuz davetiyeye ait QR kartı tasarımı pleksi (akrilik) üzerine basılarak üretilir: pleksi lazerle kesilir, tasarım ön yüze UV baskıyla basılır, arkasına beyaz zemin katmanı uygulanır ve koruyucu vernikle kaplanır. Bükülmüş alt kısmı sayesinde masada kendi başına durur. Baskı yüzeyi yaklaşık 10 × 15 cm'dir.

• Karttaki isimler, tarih ve karekod, sipariş sayfasının ilk adımında önizleyip onayladığınız tasarımın aynısıdır. Kart kişiye özel üretildiği için baskıdan sonra değiştirilemez.
• Karekod, davetiyenizin misafir fotoğraf galerisine (yükleme sayfasına) yönlendirir. Galeri, Kullanım Şartları'nda belirtilen süre boyunca (düğün tarihinden 1 ay sonrasına kadar, ardından 14 günlük ek süre) açık kalır; bu sürenin sonunda galeri kapanır ve karekod yükleme sayfasını artık açmaz.
• Ekranlar renkleri farklı gösterebildiği için basılı üründe küçük ton farkları olabilir.

4 Fiyat ve ödeme

Fiyatlara KDV dahildir. Fiyat, teslimat ülkesine göre sipariş sayfasında gösterilen para biriminde tahsil edilir. Teslimat Türkiye dışındaysa, varış ülkesinin gümrük vergisi, ithalat KDV'si ve benzeri masrafları fiyata dahil değildir ve alıcı tarafından ödenir.

5 Teslimat

Ürün, ödemenizin onaylanmasından sonra en geç 2 iş günü içinde üretilir ve kargoya verilir. Kargo teslim süresi genellikle 1–3 iş günüdür. Teslimat her durumda, siparişin verildiği tarihten itibaren yasal üst sınır olan 30 günü geçmez. Hafta sonları ve resmî tatiller iş günü sayılmaz.

Ürün, sipariş formunda belirttiğiniz teslimat adresine anlaşmalı kargo firmalarımızdan biriyle gönderilir. Kargoya verildiğinde kargo firması ve takip numarası size SMS, e-posta ve uygulama bildirimiyle iletilir; siparişinizin durumunu vowlia.com/order/track adresinden de izleyebilirsiniz.

Ürün size veya adreste bulunan, sizin gösterdiğiniz kişiye teslim edilinceye kadar oluşan kayıp ve hasarlardan Satıcı sorumludur. Adreste bulunamamanız hâlinde kargo firmasının teslim kuralları uygulanır.

6 Cayma hakkı

Üretimden önce iptal

Bu yasal istisnaya rağmen, siparişiniz üretime alınmadan önce (sipariş durumu "Hazırlanıyor" olmadan önce) sipariş numaranızla birlikte info@vowlia.com adresine veya 0850 305 12 89 numarasına bildirirseniz siparişinizi iptal eder, ödediğiniz tutarın tamamını en geç 14 gün içinde ödeme yaptığınız karta iade ederiz. Üretimine başlanmış sipariş iptal edilemez.

7 Kırık, hatalı veya yanlış ürün

Ürün kırık, hasarlı, hatalı basılmış ya da siparişinizden farklı ulaşırsa teslimden sonraki 7 gün içinde fotoğrafıyla birlikte info@vowlia.com adresine veya 0850 305 12 89 numarasına bildirin: ayrıca inceleme beklemeden ürünü ücretsiz olarak yeniden üretip göndeririz ya da dilerseniz ödediğiniz tutarı iade ederiz. Bu durumda tüm kargo masrafları Satıcı'ya aittir.

Teslim sırasında paketin hasarlı olduğunu fark ederseniz, mümkünse kargo görevlisine hasar tespit tutanağı tutturun. Tutanak tutulmamış olması yasal haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.

8 Siparişin adımları ve düzeltme imkânı

Sipariş dört adımda verilir: 1) kartın önizlemesi ve adet, 2) teslimat ve fatura bilgileri, 3) sipariş özeti, 4) ödeme. Ödemeye geçmeden önce özet ekranında tüm bilgileri görebilir, "Düzenle" veya geri düğmesiyle önceki adımlara dönüp hatalı bilgileri düzeltebilirsiniz.

Ödeme adımında iyzico formundaki ödeme düğmesine basmanız, ödeme yükümlülüğü altına girdiğiniz anlamına gelir. Sözleşme Türkçe olarak kurulur; Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi ve bu form, sipariş onay e-postasıyla size gönderilir ve tarafımızca saklanır.

9 Şikâyet ve uyuşmazlık

Talep ve şikâyetlerinizi yukarıdaki iletişim bilgilerimizden bize iletebilirsiniz; en kısa sürede yanıtlarız.

Uyuşmazlık hâlinde, Ticaret Bakanlığınca her yıl ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde, ürünü satın aldığınız veya ikametgâhınızın bulunduğu yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetine; bu sınırların üzerindeki uyuşmazlıklarda Tüketici Mahkemesine başvurabilirsiniz. Tüketici mahkemesinde dava açmadan önce arabulucuya başvurulması zorunludur. Hakem heyeti başvuruları e-Devlet üzerinden Tüketici Bilgi Sistemi (TÜBİS) ile de yapılabilir.

10 Kişisel veriler

Siparişte verdiğiniz kişisel veriler (ad soyad, telefon, e-posta, teslimat ve fatura adresi) yalnız siparişin üretimi, teslimi, faturalandırılması ve yasal yükümlülükler için işlenir; ayrıntılar KVKK Aydınlatma Metni ve Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır. Kart bilgileriniz iyzico'nun güvenli ödeme formunda alınır; Satıcı kart bilgilerinizi görmez ve saklamaz.

3 Main characteristics of the product

Acrylic QR table card. It is made by printing the QR card design of the invitation you created in the Vowlia app onto acrylic: the acrylic is laser cut, the design is UV printed on the front, a white backing layer is applied behind it and it is sealed with a protective varnish. Its bent base lets it stand on the table on its own. The print area is about 10 × 15 cm.

• The names, date and QR code on the card are exactly those of the design you preview and approve in the first step of the order page. Because the card is made to order, it cannot be changed after printing.
• The QR code opens your invitation's guest photo gallery (its upload page). The gallery stays open for the period set out in the Terms of Service (until 1 month after the wedding date, plus a 14-day grace period); after that the gallery closes and the QR code no longer opens the upload page.
• Because screens display colours differently, the printed product may show slight differences in tone.

4 Price and payment

Prices include VAT. You are charged in the currency shown on the order page for your delivery country. If delivery is outside Türkiye, the destination country's customs duties, import VAT and similar charges are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer.

5 Delivery

The product is made and handed to the courier within 2 business days of your payment being confirmed. Courier delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. In all cases delivery takes no longer than the legal maximum of 30 days from the order date. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

The product is sent to the delivery address in your order form with one of our contracted couriers. When it ships, we send you the courier and tracking number by SMS, email and app notification; you can also follow your order at vowlia.com/order/track.

The Seller is responsible for any loss or damage until the product is delivered to you or to a person you designate at the address. If no one is available at the address, the courier's delivery rules apply.

6 Right of withdrawal

Cancelling before production

Despite this legal exception, if you contact us before your order goes into production (before its status changes to "In production") at info@vowlia.com or +90 850 305 12 89, quoting your order number, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to the card you paid with within 14 days. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

7 Broken, faulty or wrong product

If the product arrives broken, damaged, misprinted or different from your order, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo at info@vowlia.com or +90 850 305 12 89: without waiting for any further inspection we will remake and resend it free of charge, or refund what you paid if you prefer. All shipping costs in this case are paid by the Seller.

If you notice the parcel is damaged on delivery, ask the courier to record it in a damage report if you can. Not having a report does not remove your statutory rights.

8 Ordering steps and correcting mistakes

An order is placed in four steps: 1) card preview and quantity, 2) delivery and billing details, 3) order summary, 4) payment. Before paying you can see all details on the summary screen and use "Edit" or the back button to return to earlier steps and correct any mistakes.

Pressing the pay button on the iyzico form at the payment step means you commit to pay. The contract is concluded in Turkish; the Distance Sales Agreement and this form are sent to you with the order confirmation email and are kept by us.

9 Complaints and disputes

You can send requests and complaints to us using the contact details above; we reply as quickly as we can.

In a dispute, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you bought the product or where you live; above those limits, to the Consumer Court. Before filing a case at the consumer court, mediation is mandatory. Arbitration committee applications can also be made online through e-Devlet (TÜBİS).

10 Personal data

The personal data you give in your order (name, phone, email, delivery and billing address) is processed only to make, deliver and invoice your order and to meet legal obligations; see the KVKK Notice and Privacy Policy. Your card details are entered on iyzico's secure payment form; the Seller never sees or stores them.
